Stay safe with these simple tips
- Do not pick a Personal Identification Number (PIN) which is too familiar, easily identified or can be guessed by someone else, like your name, 1234, your birthdate, or your telephone number.
- Do not write your PIN down or share it with anyone. As long as you keep your PIN confidential, only you will be able to use it. If you suspect that someone else knows your PIN, you should change it immediately.
- Use your hand or body to shield your PIN when you’re making purchases at any checkout terminal or when using an ABM.
- Review your monthly statements. If you notice unusual activity on your credit card, call the number on the back of your credit card and report it immediately.
- Never let anyone use your credit card.
