CONTEST PERIOD

1. This Scotia Perks Meet & Greet Contest (the “Contest”) runs only during the operating hours of the Summer Bhangra Jam hosted by Red FM on July 18^th 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

WHO CAN ENTER

2. This Contest is open to Scotiabank clients and their guests who are residents of Ontario and who, by the start date of the Contest, have reached the age of majority in Ontario (18 years). Employees, members of their immediate families and persons domiciled with employees of Scotiabank, its advertising and promotional agencies or the Contest organization are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO PLAY

3. To enter, eligible participants must visit the Scotia Perks VIP booth at the Summer Bhangra Jam hosted by Red FM located at Celebration Square in Mississauga, Ontario during select times during the Contest Period (see Section 4) and play the Plinko-style game. Scotiabank clients are permitted to bring a maximum of two (2) non-client guests into the VIP booth area. Only one (1) game play per eligible participant allowed. 

4. To play the game, an eligible participant will be given one game disc each which they must drop from one of the starting points at the top of the game board during each of the following time periods: 3:00 – 4:00 p.m., 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. If the disc lands on the meet and greet prize label they are eligible to win the prize subject to Section 8. Please note only one meet & greet prize will be given away during these time periods; the Contest will close once a prize has been awarded and re-open at the next time slot, if applicable.

5. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible participants and individual game outcomes. Limit of one (1) prize per eligible participant.

THE PRIZE

6. There will be three (3) prize(s) awarded consisting of a meet and greet with Amrit Maan and Navi Bawa for the winner plus one guest which will take place the same day between approximately 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. As this experience is not offered for sale to the general public, an approximate retail value cannot be readily determined.

7. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to cash. If the winner is not able to attend the meet & greet for any reason, no prize substitution will be awarded and we reserve the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.

HOW TO WIN

8. If an eligible participant’s disc has landed on the meet & greet prize label, in order to win the prize the eligible participant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question posed by a representative of Scotiabank. Arrangements will be made for the awarding of the prize after the skill-testing question is administered and correctly answered.

9. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to abide fully by the Contest rules and regulations and the decisions of Scotiabank, which are final. The winner and their guest will be required to sign Scotiabank’s standard release documents before receiving the prize and authorize Scotiabank to announce and publish his or her name, address (city only) and photograph or likeness, in the future without further compensation, or other obligation to the winner.

GENERAL INFORMATION

10. Scotiabank reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of this Contest by publishing a notice at the VIP booth if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including corruption, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of Scotiabank which in the opinion of Scotiabank affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest.

11. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
