Personal Scotiabank Line of Credit and ScotiaLine® for business Visa Credit Card system enhancements

At Scotiabank, we are committed to providing products and services to better serve you now and into the future. From August 15 – 19, 2025, we are undertaking system enhancements as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance both our products and services.

During this period, for some Personal Scotiabank Line of Credit and ScotiaLine® for business Visa Credit Card, the following features will be limited or unavailable, on mobile banking, online banking and through our contact centre and branches (access will resume after enhancements are completed):

  • Requesting to unlock a card
  • Requesting a credit limit increase/decrease
  • Requesting a supplementary card
  • Requesting, modifying or cancelling creditor insurance
  • AutoPay set up or cancellation
  • Accessing available credit through Scotia Total Equity Plan
  • Requesting a dispute

Note: Transaction details (including pending transactions), payments, and account balances may not be up to date during this time on mobile banking, online banking, and through our contact centre and branches until the enhancements are complete. Account information will be updated by August 19, 2025.
