Cash Back Balance Adjustment for October 2025 – What You Need to Know

We recently identified a system error that affected your cash back credit card account. If you exceeded your annual maximum spend limit for elevated cash back rates, you should have continued earning the base cash back on eligible purchases. However, due to a system error, those purchases did not earn any cash back. To correct this, an adjustment has been applied to impacted accounts in the October 2025 statement.
