Tracy Bryan

Executive Vice President, Contact Centres & Operations

Since joining Scotiabank in 1994, Tracy has held progressively senior roles in the Canadian branch network, International Banking Shared Services, Information Technology & Systems, International Sales & Service, Branch Sales & Service Transformation and International Digital Channel strategies.

She was named Executive Vice President, Contact Centres & Operations, in November 2018 and has overall responsibility for the leadership, strategic direction and performance of Global Contact Centres and International and Canadian Operations. Tracy has also served as a Director of the Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Board since 2016.

Tracy is an avid speaker at women’s mentoring events internally and externally on behalf of Scotiabank.
