The changes at Scotiabank Arena go beyond a simple name change. They reflect our long-term partnership with Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE) that will give fans and communities in Toronto even more reasons to cheer.

Torontonians can look forward to improvements to Maple Leaf Square, including an enhanced video screen, improved ease-of-entry to the venue, a complete redesign of ScotiaClub and more. Working with the MLSE Foundation, we will increase our investment to support young people in the community.

Scotiabank is now the official bank of Toronto Maple Leafs and Tangerine is the official bank of the Toronto Raptors. Beyond being an exciting announcement for both parties, these partnerships will give fans new ways to connect with their favorite teams.

At Scotiabank we already support over one million kids (and counting) through our Community Hockey Sponsorship Program. Working with the MLSE Foundation, we are excited to expand our support of young people in the community through our commitment with their LaunchPad facility. MLSE LaunchPad is a place where youth use the power of sport to recognize and reach their infinite potential. We are excited to work together and empower young people in the GTA and beyond.
