Rebekah Young leads work on major economic issues that affect Canada’s long-term outlook. Her work spans a broad spectrum of topics, including fiscal sustainability, the energy transition, housing affordability, immigration, and other evolving structural forces shaping the future. Previously, she held senior roles at the IMF, Finance Canada, and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. She holds a B.A. in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, an M.Sc. in Environmental Policy from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from INSEAD.
