Maximize the development of residential mortgage business from third party referral sources such as: real estate agents, lawyers, financial planners, and centers of influence, with the goal of bringing new customers to the bank.

Flex your entrepreneurial skills and achieve aggressive sales and revenue targets through strong sales management, proven relationship building, and marketing savvy.

Senior Manager, Sales

Lead a team of Home Financing Advisors, Home Financing Associates, and Home Financing Officers towards achieving established sales targets and meeting the strategic goals of the Home Financing Solutions Team.

Exercise a keen focus on sales and people management, and provide value added feedback and coaching to assist your sales team in achieving their fullest potential to maximize mortgage sales and revenue.

Regional Sales Director

Lead a team of high performing Senior Sales Managers and oversee the delivery of financial and customer objectives for the profitable growth of mortgage business within Home Financing Solutions. Draw on your industry experience and sales expertise to motivate your team, enhance sales management practices and foster a customer-focused sales culture consistent with the overall Canadian Bank.

Home Financing Associate 

Partner with a high performing Home Financing Advisor to maximize the development of residential mortgage business from third party referral sources such as: real estate agents, lawyers, financial planners, and other professionals.

Interact with a wide-variety of external partners and potential customers by leveraging your exceptional sales skills, and strong customer-service orientation.

Home Financing Officer 

Provide residential mortgage processing and administrative support to sales management within Home Financing Solutions. Assist designated Home Financing Advisors with the co-ordination of mortgage deals; including documentation, meeting with customers, and first point of contact with underwriting and funding centers.
