Data Analytics
We work with our stakeholders to identify opportunities using data analytics to drive business solutions, leveraging latest tools in Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics Models, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Delivery
We understand the needs and use of data, analytics and technology to deliver solutions for the enterprise. Our solutions are aligned to business priorities while also driving adoption of new data platforms, tools and data management practices.
Engineering
We create transformative change in how our organization interacts with data, by working with our internal business lines to create and deliver scalable automated systems for re-usable data assets, pipelines and services for the broad enterprise use.
Operations and Strategy
We manage the day-to-day operations of Customer Insights, Data & Analytics, ensuring that processes are efficient, resources are used effectively, and that operational strategies align with Scotiabank’s goals and objectives.
Data Governance and Data Management
We provide a centralized oversight and industry-leading data governance for key initiatives and solve data quality issues at the enterprise level, aligned with regulatory requirements. We enable the detection at scale while also increasing the effectiveness of the data quality and remediation efforts across the Bank.
