Distribution
Full service banking solutions including lending (operating and term facilities for equipment and/or Real Estate financing, and specialized solutions such as Agriculture financing), deposits and investments, and day-to-day banking solutions.
Specialty Business Banking
Credit, deposit and other business banking solutions to small and mid-size businesses. Our team is comprised of Relationship Managers in core markets, Healthcare & Professional Banking, and Franchising specialty groups.
Roynat Capital
Traditional and non-traditional financing solutions to Canadian businesses, to assist with growing/expanding their businesses, executing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, restructuring debt and equity capital and arranging strategic partnerships.
Real Estate Banking
Secure income property lending or conventional mortgage financing on multi-unit residential and commercial properties, and construction financing to builder and developers.
Automotive Finance
End-to-end financial services to the automotive industry. This includes retail and floor plan financing as well as operating and term loans needed to operate dealerships.
Scotiabank Leasing Group
Equipment financing and leasing solutions for manufacturers, equipment suppliers and direct end users.
Scotiabank Asset Finance/Roynat Asset Finance
Working capital financing and secured term loans to companies in transition and/or those with highly leveraged balance sheets due to balance sheet recapitalization, acquisitions, seasonality or leveraged buyouts, debt and equity capital and arranging strategic partnerships.
