Overview

The Sales and Trading, Global Capital Markets (GCM) Rotational Program is a 12 to18-month program designed for students completing an undergraduate or graduate degree. You’ll develop both technical and analytical skills associated with the sales, trading and risk management functions of day-to-day market activities. Since our our business is global, it is critical for Analysts and Associates to spend part of their time in this program in New York, London or Asia. Upon completion, you’ll be assigned to one of our Sales and Trading desks.

During the program, you’ll assist the sales, trading and structuring staff on the trading floor, supporting their day-to-day activities, as well as doing industry and product research. You’ll also assist in preparing client presentations and daily market commentaries, while performing analysis using fundamental and technical data. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring a variety of markets, economic releases, trends and factors that affect market movement.
