Catalyst Operations New Graduate Development Program

Bachelor’s and Masters graduates

Program Start: June

Program Length: 24 Months

Overview

Are you ready to kick-start your career and dive deep into a world of operations, strategy, data and analytics, process improvement, and innovation? Our Catalyst Operations Development Program is a rotational program designed to be the catalyst of your career! We look for a variety of backgrounds and skillsets to diversify our teams, so all majors including but not limited to business, engineering, science, math, or arts are welcome!

Catalyst has 3 business streams you can choose to apply to: Global Operations (GO)  will provide you a well-rounded view of the organization and how the Bank works.; Global Wholesale Operations (GWO) will provide you crucial knowledge in the lifecycle of a trade and skills to support GBM front office; and Global Wealth Management Operations (GWMO) will help you become a successful wealth advisor to Scotiabank’s high profile clients.

In addition to your day-to-day rotation, you will grow alongside your Cohort through executive mentorship, participate in skill-based workshops, network with program alumni and more.
