Overview
Ignition is a 24-month performance-oriented rotation program designed to challenge and expose associates to different teams across Technology. Each rotation will support Associates in building and acquiring new skills and uncovering what interests them the most in their careers. The program is designed to develop our associates to become future leaders in the Technology space at Scotiabank.
This program is a stepping stone for a career as a developer, offering a diverse range of experiences. You will gain exposure to Front-End Engineering, Back-End Engineering, Full-Stack and Infrastructure roles. The program will also provide exposure to a wide array of Technologies, and frameworks including Java, Spring, Microservices, React and DevOps. Working conditions could include working in Scrums following an Agile Methodology or Full-stack development.
