Scotiabank's Operations group and Customer Contact Centres provide support for mission-critical business units, customers, and various banking operations in Canada, the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. During your term, you’ll gain experience with accounting procedures and support operations, while learning about different financial instruments and processes, as well as our products and client-offerings. You’ll strengthen your customer service skill set and expand your operational knowledge.

Structural Cost Transformation (SCT) is another popular spot for students during a work-term (up to MBA), providing a well-rounded view of the entire organization, while allowing you to gain practical experience working on high-impact projects within Finance and Operations.
