Introductory 0% Balance Transfer Rate Offer Description and Conditions: The Introductory 0% Balance Transfer Rate Offer (the “Rate Offer”) applies only to eligible cash advances (including balance transfers and cash-like transactions) (collectively “Cash Advances”) subject to the conditions below.
