How it works:

Online appointment booking is available on the mobile app, online banking, or on scotiabank.com.

Simply let us know what you would like to discuss, how you’d like to meet (either in a branch or on the phone), and when is most convenient for you.

Once you’ve confirmed the appointment time and your information, we’ll send you a detailed confirmation email to help you best prepare for our conversation.  

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can always do so from the link in the confirmation email or in the mobile app.
