Contact the Scotiabank VISA Business Card Service Centre for:
- lost/stolen cards
- CentreSuite assistance, including user IDs and password resets
- disputing a transaction
- general inquiries pertaining to your card program
When contacting the Service Centre, the company coordinator will be asked for the Service Agreement ID and password. The Service Agreement ID was provided to the company coordinator(s) in the initial welcome email notification sent by Scotiabank. The password was provided to Scotiabank on the coordinator designation form.
