Our commitment to you goes well beyond the financial and we are proud to be part of your community
Scotiabank has a role to play in helping unlock the true history of Kanata and advancing meaningful reconciliation. Through reflection, learning, and measurable action, we are committed to amplifying Indigenous voices, teachings, and knowledge across our organization and in the communities we serve.
Scotiabank is committed to supporting First Nations, Inuit, and Métis graduates as they begin their careers. Through SOAR, we offer a culturally supportive, two-year development experience that provides mentorship, skills-building, and community connection to help new graduates thrive.
Through ScotiaRISE, we are investing $500 million over 10 years to help build economic resilience among underserved communities. By removing barriers and increasing access to opportunities, we aim to support individuals, families, and communities in building a stronger, more inclusive future.
We strive to create a supportive, welcoming atmosphere that allows you to reach your full potential. To that end, we offer a peer support network for Indigenous employees. We also have a Mentorship Circle in which new talent is offered a mentor within the Scotiabank Indigenous Network.
Join the Scotiabank team and be part of an environment that's inclusive, respectful and accessible.
