- 3 3 year Full or Part Time graduate program = $40,000/3 = $13,333 per year The total lifetime maximum credit limit for ScotiaLine® personal line of credit for students is $60,000. If you have borrowed $40,000 under an Undergraduate program, the maximum credit you would be eligible to borrow for a Graduate program or MBA program is an additional $20,000.
