How To...

To download account transactions:
  1. Click Accounts.

  3. On the Balances page, click Download.

  4.  
  5. On the Download Activity page, enter or select the following information:

    • Select the accounts for which to download transaction data.

    •  
    • Specify the activity dates to include in the download by selecting All transactions since last download or entering begin and end dates.

     
  7. Click Download.
     
  8. On the Download Initiated page, click Done after your system has received the downloaded data.

  10. Note: Downloads are only available in CSV format. Once you have downloaded the CSV file you may open it using your spreadsheet, database, or text editing software.

To give an account a nickname:
  1. Click Prefs.

  2.  
  3. On the Preferences page, click Change Account Preferences.

  4.  
  5. On the Change Account Preferences page in the Nickname column, enter your preferred name for the account. If you are a joint account holder, your Nickname only shows in your view.

  7. Click Submit Preferences.

To search for a transaction:
  1. Click Accounts.

  2.  
  3. On the Balances page, click Search.

  4.  
  5. On the Transaction Search page, select one or more accounts to search.

  7. Any data about the transaction that you can supply will improve the search time and results. Enter or select as much of the following information as possible:

    •  
    • In the Type field, select the kind of transaction for which you are searching.

    •  
    • In the Number field, enter a transaction or cheque number. To search within a range of transaction or cheque numbers, leave the first field blank; enter a beginning number in the From field and an ending number in the To field. If you do not have transaction or cheque number information, leave the Number row blank.

    •  
    • In the Date field, enter the transaction date. To search within a range of transaction dates, leave the first field blank; enter a beginning date in the From field and an ending date in the To field. If you do not have transaction Date information, leave the Date row blank.

    •  
    • In the Amount field, enter a currency amount. You are not limited to whole dollar amounts; you can enter a decimal and cents in the search field. To search within a range of transaction amounts, leave the first field blank; enter a beginning amount in the From field and an ending amount in the To field. If you do not have transaction amount information, leave the Amount row blank.

  8. Click Search.

To see the account activity:
  1. Click Accounts.

  2.  
  3. On the Balances page, click the link of the account to proceed to the Activity page, which lists transactions for the account.

To sort account balance details:
  1. Click Accounts.

  2.  
  3. On the Balances page, click a column heading to sort the details in ascending order. To sort the list in descending order, click the column heading again.
