Important Product Update regarding Scotiabank My Mobile Wallet, Loyalty, and eReceipts.
My Mobile Wallet
As of May 21, 2019, Scotiabank My Mobile Wallet (on Android) will no longer be available. If you want to continue to use mobile payment, you can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.
Loyalty
As of May 21, 2019, Loyalty will no longer be available.
If you want to continue to store your loyalty cards on your mobile device, you can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.
You can also visit www.points.com and log in using the same email address to view your stored loyalty cards and track balances.
eReceipts
Please Note:
As of May 31, 2020, you will no longer be able to export eReceipts. As we have previously communicated, our mobile eReceipts service has been unavailable since May 21, 2019. If you have any questions or concerns, give us a call at 1.800.4SCOTIA.
As of May 21, 2019, the mobile eReceipts service will no longer be available. However, previously stored receipts will still be accessible. Starting on May 10, 2019, existing receipts can be exported via Scotia OnLine.
How to export your stored receipts
You can export your stored receipt images as .PDFs, and key receipt information in .CSV or .XLS expense report formats.
4 simple steps to export your stored receipts:
- Log in to Scotia OnLine and go to the eReceipts portal (Manage My Accounts > Additional Services > eReceipts)
- Choose which receipts you wish to export
- Select a file format and click “Export”
- Download your exported file to your personal device
