Terms and Conditions
Customer must comply with the Terms and Conditions of the "Mortgage Campaign" promotion. This special mortgage rate promotion is being offered from March 1 2016 up to and including June 30, 2016, with funding no later than October 31, 2016 and is for mortgage purchases, switches and refinances only.
This offer does not apply to non-resident customers. Legal Fees covered by Scotiabank only apply to Switch Mortgages and are capped at a maximum of $ 2,500 (USD or equivalent in local currency) or 1.5% of the mortgage amount.
