The GILLER Slim Twitter competition returns!

To kick off our 20th anniversary celebrations at the Scotiabank Giller Prize, we invite you to participate in the #GILLERslim20 Twitter contest. You could win a collection of past Giller Prize-winning books.

We are taking inspiration from the @Foyles Twitter #bookgame

Here’s how it works:

Choose a TITLE from one of the past 20 Giller Prize-winning books and adapt it to our weekly topic.

For example, if the topic was #GILLERsnowday, entries could be:

The Cold-Blood Blues (Half-Blood Blues - Esi Edugyan)
The Bishop's Snowman (The Bishop's Man - Linden MacIntyre)

The competition opens Monday, March 11. We’ll post a new topic each Monday on our Facebook page. We’ll retweet entries and choose our favourite each week, for the next 4 weeks – that’s four chances to win a collection of Giller Prize-winning books! Give it a go! We can’t wait to read your tweets.
