Scotia Canadian Short Term Income Fund

Fund Objective

The fund's objective is to provide regular interest income. It invests primarily in bonds, treasury bills and other money market instruments issued by Canadian federal, provincial and municipal governments and by corporations. Investments may include commercial paper, bankers' acceptances, mortgage-backed securities and guaranteed investment certificates (GICs).
