Overview
The Inspire Program is designed specifically for new graduates ready to start building their careers. Inspire is a performance‑driven rotational program that develops Associates across Tangerine’s business lines.
Throughout three 6‑month rotations, you will gain exposure to different teams, explore areas of interest, and build a strong foundation of technical and professional skills. The program includes structured mentorship, workshops, and dedicated training and development opportunities to help you grow with confidence and prepare for future leadership roles within the Bank.
