The Business Development Bank of Canada Highly Affected Sectors Credit Availability Program (HASCAP)
The BDC HASCAP program provides access to a non-revolving government guaranteed amortizing term loan from $25,000 up to a maximum amount of $1,000,000. The program is intended to provide liquidity support to Canadian businesses facing economic hardship due to demonstrated revenue decline as a result of the economic environment due to COVID.
Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) & other relief measures
The CEBA Application period for New $60,000 loans and $20,000 Expansions has now ended effective June 30th, 2021. Applications submitted prior to the June 30th deadline will be processed provided required documents are uploaded within the permitted time frame.
Businesses that were declined for a $20,000 Expansion will be able to update information submitted on their original $40,000 loan. Invitations to update this information will be sent to eligible customers by email.

The Business Development Bank of Canada Business Credit Availability Program
The BDC BCAP program provides access to a non-revolving amortizing term loan of up to $312,500. The program is intended to support bridging businesses’ operating expenses (i.e., payroll, rent, utilities, taxes and other fixed costs), until cash flows resume back to pre-COVID conditions.
