On February 27th you were mailed information in connection with the Bank’s upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on April 3, 2012.

The package included either a Form of Proxy (for registered shareholders) or a Voting Instruction Form (for beneficial shareholders), which gives you the opportunity to vote your shareholdings, if you are unable to attend the Meeting in person.
