  • Go paperless by changing the record keeping option to receive your Deposit Account E-Statements1
  • View up to six months of credit card statements in PDF format2
  • Stop the payment of a check online3
  • View your account balances and account history, including transaction type
  • Pay Scotiabank credit cards
  • Transfer funds between accounts4
  • Set up recurring and future-dated transfers and bill payments
  • View your Scotiabank account history including deposit, credit cards, and Certificate of Deposits
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer funds from your account to another customer’s Scotiabank account4

1 Deposit E-Statements will only be available online for accounts that are set to the “Electronic Statement” record keeping option. Once this selection is made, paper statements will no longer be received in the mail.
2 Paper statements will still be received via mail.
3 Stop check payment charges apply. Stop check requests made cannot be reversed via Scotia OnLine.
4 Transaction, daily, weekly, and monthly limits will apply. Transfers will occur in real time and can only be between same currency Scotiabank Checking/Savings Accounts within your country. You will need the recipient’s full name, account number, and account transit number to send them funds.
5 “Unauthorized activity” means a transaction that was carried out in your Scotiabank account through Scotia OnLine without your permission, authorization, or knowledge and where it can be established that you are a victim of fraud, theft, or coercion.
6 “Accounts” include all accounts that are accessible through Scotia OnLine.
