Maintenance and transaction fees are waived. Other fees may apply. Refer to your schedule of Rates & Fees under Retail Deposits.

No minimum balance is required. No minimum opening deposit is required.

If customer discontinues enrollment in Payroll Direct Deposit or direct deposits are no longer made, Really Free Checking Account will be terminated and customer checking account will be transferred to ScotiaMAX III.

All fees and charges associated with ScotiaMAX III will apply.

Customer may withdraw from Really Free Checking Account by informing a Scotiabank representative.

If customer employment changes, customer will need to re-apply with new Payroll Direct Deposit form to qualify for continued Really Free Checking Account benefits.
