Identification: Two of the following valid pieces

  • Passport
  • Driver’s Permit
  • Identification Cards

Employment

  • Employment Letter
  • Salary Slips/Letters

Utilities- Two of the following

  • Telephone Bill
  • LUCELEC bill
  • WASA bill

Assets & Liabilities

  • Confirmation of existing loans and credit card debt
  • Confirmation of disclosed assets, savings

    • Purpose of Loan (SPL, ScotiaLine)

  • Invoice
  • Purchase agreement

    • Self-Employed

    If you are self employed, evidence to support income e.g. File Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements for the last 6- 12 months
