If you have a Scotiabank Debit Card, you can pay your credit card at Branch ATMs, including the ATMs at temporarily closed branches. To do this, transfer funds from your Scotiabank Savings or Chequing Account to your Scotiabank Credit Card.

You can also use cash to pay your credit card. To do this, insert your credit card and follow the prompts on screen.

You can also pay your Credit Card through Scotia OnLine Banking and the Scotia Caribbean App.

You can pay bills at the ATM. To do this you must first use Scotia OnLine Banking to setup the Payee. Once you have done so, you can pay most of your utilities at the ATM, including water, electricity, telephone and internet.

Of course, you can also pay your bills through Scotia OnLine Banking and the Scotia Caribbean App.

To do this you must first use Scotia OnLine Banking to add the Phone Number. Once you have done so, you can top-up your Digicel mobile account at the ATM.

Of course, you can also top up your Mobile through Scotia OnLine Banking and the Scotia Caribbean App.  

Envelope-free cash and cheque deposits can be made at all ATMS that are located at Branches, including the ATMs at temporarily closed branches.

ATMs located at off-site locations can be used for withdrawals only.

ATMs that are being serviced or undergoing ongoing maintenance typically include an on-site notice indicating you of such work.

If this happens there maybe something wrong with your cheque. Examine the cheque and remove any staples, paper clips etc that may cause difficulty with reading the cheque.  

If all else seems good with the cheque, you may have to enter the amount manually.

If the ATM keeps pushing back out the cash that you are trying to deposit, you can try smoothing the bills as much as possible, before re-inserting. Maybe try inserting fewer bills at one time.

If the bills are still not accepted, it means that they may be damaged or too degraded to be accepted.
