This promotion is open to residents of Trinidad and Tobago, 18 years of age or older who are holders of a Scotiabank AERO* Platinum Visa,  Scotiabank AERO* Business Executive MasterCard, Scotiabank MasterCard BusinessCard, Scotiabank Magna MasterCard, Scotiabank PriceSmart Diamond MasterCard, Scotiabank MasterCard, Scotiabank Gold  MasterCard, (hereinafter referred to as “Scotiabank Credit Card”).

The customer will receive the reward when he/she uses his/her Scotiabank Credit Card for a minimum bill of TT$300 at participating establishments. The reward will be delivered at the time the customer pays the bill with his/her Scotiabank Credit Card and fulfills the qualifying criteria. Only one reward will be given per bill, per table and per customer. This promotion ends November 30, 2009.

Scotiabank reserves the right to modify, change, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time and shall not be responsible for any losses that may occur as a result of these nor for any changes that may occur due to circumstances outside of its control.

By accepting the reward, the cardholder agrees that Scotiabank will not be responsible for any liability regarding the reward.

The reward must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions are available.

In no event shall Scotiabank or its employees be liable for any types of damages related to the program or its use, fitness for a particular purpose or use, merchantability, or merchantable quality of any product purchased by the customer at participating restaurants.
