Credit Card Resources and Application Form
To apply for a Scotiabank MasterCard® or Scotiabank Gold MasterCard® credit card, please download, print, and complete the Application Form and bring it to any
Scotiabank branch with the following items:
  • Two forms of government ID (eg. Passport, Drivers Licence)
  • Utility Bill (for proof of address)
  • Job letter and recent pay slip
