  • If you are not satisfied with the resolution or your issue remains unresolved, escalate to our Customer Experience Unit at scotiaservice-jam@scotiabank.com

Your issues are very important to us:

  • Your complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt

  • We will make every effort to provide a resolution within 10 business days. However, if we require more time to resolve your issue we will provide you with updates every 5 business days.
