The following conditions apply to all loans disbursed under the Scotiabank SME Development Program:

Condition Precedent
Beneficiaries will be required to maintain all of their business banking relationships with Scotiabank. All beneficiaries must be tax compliant.

Fees
The loan administration fee is 0.25%.

Special Conditions of the Loan
Proceeds of the loan must be used solely for the purpose of the project outlined in the application.
