Tenure: 16 months.

Eligibility:

Applicants to pursue the MBA Full-time programme in Banking and Finance who can demonstrate financial need.

Employees of The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited and its Subsidiaries are not eligible for this scholarship.

Criteria:

• Outstanding academic record: First Class or Upper Second degree or GPA of 3.5 and above or commensurate combinations of undergraduate/graduate achievement.
• At least three years' working experience in a financial institution.
• Evidence of extra-curricular involvement, leadership and
  community service.
• Two recommendations separate from those used for Mona School of Business application
• Intellectual maturity, personal attributes as demonstrated through an interview.

Conditions:

Applicants should not be in receipt of any other scholarship or financial support which requires them to work during the period of study. The scholarship does not imply responsibility on Scotiabank Jamaica to provide part-time or full-time employment of the scholarship holder.
