Number of Awards: One annually.
Maximum Value: Full Maintenance.
Tenure: Four years.
Conditions: Applicants must:
- have been born in Manchester , Clarendon or St. Elizabeth
- be willing to work in one of the above three parishes for a
minimum of three years upon completion of the programme
- have passes in Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, English
Language and one other subject in GCE 'O' Level, Grades
A, B or C and CXC Level I or II
- be accepted by the Department of Medical Technology, NCU
- demonstrate financial need
Method of Selection:
A Committee, comprising representatives from the University and Scotiabank Jamaica Foundation. Application forms are available usually in June/July at the campus.
