Raised in a small farming community in Alberta, I pursued a career in hockey, which took me to the junior ranks in Regina where I was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning. I returned to Regina where I completed my Business Administration Degree at the University of Regina. Wanting to enter the financial industry, I chose ScotiaMcLeod based on it's reputation of trust and integrity. ScotiaMcLeod provides me with access to an industry-leading team of experts that enables me to provide my clients with a personalized financial strategy that addresses all their needs and goals.
My associate, Nicole Gillis, was born and raised in Grande Prairie, Alberta, and currently resides there happily with her husband and two dogs. Nicole has worked in the financial services industry since 2003, and she is fully licensed through the Canadian Securities Institute.
Colin Aldorfer, the Insurance Consultant for Saskatchewan, Northern Alberta and Manitoba Regions, joined ScotiaMcLeod in 2002. He brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and an innovative approach in determining insurance solutions. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree, both obtained through the University of Saskatchewan.

Through a systematic process, I develop, discuss and document an appropriate financial strategy to reach my clients’ personal goals. This plan is an ongoing guide for my monitoring of their investment portfolio and my advice on achieving their overall financial strategy.
