Responsible for providing investment advice through ScotiaMcLeod, Amr has
been with the Scotiabank Group since 1991 and has worked in the financial
services industry since 1988. Amr is a graduate of the Bachelor of Social
Sciences, Economics program at the University of Ottawa, and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst charterholder. He has completed the Certified Investment
Analyst program, through the Investment Management Consultants Association,
which is taught in conjunction with the Wharton School of Business at the
University of Pennsylvania. Amr is a member of both the Chartered Financial
Analyst Institute and the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts.
