As a team, we bring many years of experience and education to managing your wealth. Derek has a MBA in Finance from the University of Calgary, and was a small business consultant and held management positions with a real estate investment company prior to joining ScotiaMcLeod. Michael has a MBA in Finance from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining ScotiaMcLeod, Michael was Vice Consul at the Canadian Consulate General in Milan, Italy, facilitating Canadian exports and investment in Europe.
