Investment Philosophy and Process
Our investment philosophy is rooted in looking for good value in the companies we purchase, but it could more easily be defined as buying good businesses at reasonable prices.

We do our own research using finely honed screening tools to come up with a set of criteria to narrow the large number of available corporations down to a core list of recommended companies and to determine a good price range to buy them in.

We are not momentum investors, nor will we buy growth stocks at any price, the price has to be reasonable in relation to the companys earnings potential.

Service Approach
One of the key elements of managing money is to have a very clearly defined business plan that outlines investment parameters. Each client has their own unique set of circumstances and we assist our clients in determining what the goals and objectives for their portfolio are. We educate our clients about historical long term rates of return on various assets and help them gain an understanding of their own risk tolerance.

Our job is to recommend investments that are consistent with the long term goals and objectives of our clients, and to revisit the plan periodically to make sure that we are sticking to what we have outlined.
