Scotiabank is proud to maintain its branch operations in Dominica, where it has served its customers for almost 20 years.
Scotiabank opened its Dominican Branch in the capital city of Roseau, South of the island in 1988. With its only branch strategically placed in the Capital, Scotiabank continues to offer a complete range of retail, commercial banking. The Bank has about 33 full time employees, plus 2 ABMs. Increased activity in the Branch reflected the economic growth of the country, with agriculture being the main industry, increasingly moving towards the tourist industry.
Scotiabank is a strong supporter of various community initiatives Scotiabank Dominica’s contributions range from sports causes, to education and arts and culture, mainly geared towards children, the non-profit organizations and the aged.
