Scotiabank's Applause Program invites employees to submit online Peer Recognition certificates in acknowledgement of a peer or a group of peers who have demonstrated the five Applause Principles: integrity, respect, commitment insight and spirit. The name of the submitter as well as the name of individuals being recognized are entered into monthly sweepstake draws. Each month, a number of lucky Scotiabankers get to redeem a gift from our online rewards catalogue.
Ideas in Action
Motivating employees to bring forward suggestions on how to reduce costs, improve customer service, and work faster, smarter and better as a team, our Ideas in Action program offers cash rewards - up to $10,000 - for ideas that are implemented.
