 Mr. Lemaire is Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board of Cascades Inc., a manufacturer of pulp and paper products, packaging and construction materials and sanitary products. He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Sherbrooke and an Honorary Doctorate in Administration.
Mr. Lemaire sits on the boards of Cascades Inc., Junex Inc., and a number of boards within the Cascades group of companies. During the period from 2003-2007, Mr. Lemaire served as a director of Norampac Inc, which was, until 2007, a publicly-traded company.
