Forest Products and Finance
Mr. Kerr, age 64, is Chairman of Lignum Investments Ltd., a privately-held investment company and is the managing partner of Lignum Forest Products LLP, a privately-held forest products distribution company. He is President of the Vancouver Professional Baseball LLP, owner of the Vancouver Canadians minor league baseball team. He received his B.A. from the University of British Columbia and his M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Kerr is Chair of the Vancouver Foundation and Chancellor of Emily Carr University of Art + Design. In addition, at different times during the period from 2004 to 2008, Mr. Kerr served as a director of the following publicly-traded companies: Riverside Forest Products Ltd. and Louisiana Pacific Corporation.
