 Mr. Kerr is Chairman of Lignum Investments Ltd., a privately-held investment company, is the managing partner of Lignum Forest Products LLP, a privately-held forest products distribution company. He is President of the Vancouver Professional Baseball LLP, owner of the Vancouver Canadians minor league baseball team. He received his B.A. from the University of British Columbia and his M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Kerr is Chair of the Vancouver Foundation. In addition, at different times during the period from 2003 to 2007, Mr. Kerr served as a director of the following publicly-traded companies: Riverside Forest Products Ltd., Louisiana Pacific Corporation, and Bombardier Inc.
