- Correct serial numbers, request amount adjustments and return cheques online, saving you time and lowering your risk of data-entry errors
- View cheque images online for up to 90-days and access 16-months of clearing activity for greater control
- Administer user privileges and maintenance online without having to contact Scotiabank
Positive Pay
- Access the features and functionality of Paid Cheque Reporting, plus prevent potential cheque fraud
- Detect amount and serial number mismatches as well as cleared, but not issued, cheques
- Examine your daily exception items (cleared cheques that do not match the information contained in your issued cheque file) online by 10:00 a.m. local and submit your pay/no pay decisions online by 2:00 p.m. local the same day
