Dave Stafford has been with Scotiabank for about 20 years. Stafford brings to the job an ideally diverse background essential for an expert in credit cards. Stafford began his career in International banking, moved on to Banking Operations, and then Commercial and Corporate Credit. He's also been a branch manager in a small and medium enterprise branch in Toronto. His expertise in business lending led him to Retail Lending and then to his current post as chief Credit Card specialist.
Mortgages
Charles Lambert brings extensive financial services experience to his work in mortgages including: finance, credit risk management, entrepreneurial start-up operations, and of course, residential mortgages. Not only does Lambert understand the world of mortgages from a consumer point of view he's also been active in developing relevant home ownership solutions for Canadians. In addition, Lambert has also been very involved in creating ground breaking business strategies for the mortgage business.
Scotia Capital
Fred Ketchen has been working on Bay Street since Diefenbaker was in the Prime Minister's Office. (He started at McLeod Young Weir, which is now part of Scotia Capital). He brings his long-term perspective to the dozen or so television and radio broadcasts he does daily. Refusing to consider retirement, he also does about 100 presentations a year to investors.
