You can perform a host of transactions, and access even more information, wherever you see this sign. Our Enhanced Features ABMs offer a more convenient way for you to perform your routine banking - as well as some not-so-routine banking transactions! Wherever you see the Enhanced Features symbol, you can use your ScotiaCard™ to:
- Re-order Cheques for any Canadian-dollar Deposit or Credit Accounts that offer chequing privileges
- Access your US Dollar Account Balances
- Print a summary of your mortgage information, including outstanding balance, tax account details, and payment information by selecting Mortgage Detail Inquiry
- Access balance information for your Scotia® Mutual Funds accounts, in addition to the existing loan and deposit investment information available via the Investment/Credit Summary function
- Print current and available balance information for all of your transactional Deposit and Credit Accounts at the press of a single button, by using the Account Summary feature
Most Scotiabank ABMs, including those displaying the Enhanced Features symbol, will continue to provide the other routine banking transactions you have come to expect from Scotiabank ABMs.¹ Using your ScotiaCard you can still access your accounts day or night to:
- Make cash withdrawals, deposits (available at most locations), check account balances, obtain cash advances or transfer funds between linked Scotiabank accounts.
- Pay bills for over 8,000 companies.
- Print a mini-statement of the last 10 transactions for any of your Scotiabank deposit or credit accounts since your last statement or passbook update.
- Check balances on all Scotiabank investment mortgages and loan accounts.
- Update your passbook (available at select locations).
- Withdraw cash, get account balances or a VISA* cash advance through the network of over 47,000 Canadian ABMs with the Interac symbol and over 1 million ABMs in over 130 countries worldwide displaying the VISA or PLUS* symbol.

Scotiabank ABMs now offer the added convenience of simplified, paperless bill payments. No cheques. No envelopes. No stamps. If you know the amounts, you don't even need the bill! Simply follow the on-screen prompts, select "Other Services" and complete your bill payment. The ABM will give you a printed record of the transaction for your files.
