Service of Support Orders on the Bank of Nova Scotia
*The Federal Government has made changes to the way enforcement notices in respect of support orders or support provisions for family financial support may be served. Effective July 17, 2002, regulations came into force to allow for such notices to be served on a designated office/branch in each province where the Bank does business.
The following offices have been designated by The Bank of Nova Scotia, Scotiatrust, Scotia Mortgage Corp., and Scotia Mortgage Investment Corp., for the service of enforcement notices within each province:
