Scotiabank’s Contact Centres provide a broad range of financial products and services to retail banking and small business customers across Canada. Three Contact Centres, located in Toronto, Halifax, and Calgary, handle several million calls in French and English annually.

As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the team’s overall success by providing prompt, accurate and professional responses to Scotiabank’s customers’ enquiries. You will work in a structured team environment, creating an outstanding customer experience and maximizing opportunities to promote our services and products.
